We are thrilled to announce two pivotal appointments to Maidenfleet's leadership team: Bourhane Kadmiry as Chief Technology Officer and Chris Tyler as Chief Product Officer. Bourhane brings decades of experience in robotics, AI, and autonomous systems development to Maidenfleet. His extensive background in building complex autonomous platforms aligns perfectly with our mission to develop next-generation maritime technologies that serve both commercial and defence applications.
As CTO, Bourhane will lead the development of our core technology stack, including the AI systems that enable autonomous navigation, intelligent harvesting, and maritime surveillance capabilities. His expertise spans computer vision for species identification, machine learning algorithms for operational optimization, and robust autonomous control systems designed for extended maritime operations.
Product Strategy: Chris Tyler, CPO

Chris Tyler joins as Chief Product Officer, bringing deep expertise in translating complex technology into market-ready solutions. His proven track record in product development and go-to-market strategy will be crucial as we navigate the unique requirements of both commercial fishing operations and defence applications.
As CPO, Chris will define our product roadmap, ensuring our dual-use platform delivers real-world value to customers across both market segments. His role encompasses product-market fit validation, customer development, and the strategic positioning that will drive adoption of our autonomous vessel technology.
